Bulgogi japchae (stir-fried glass noodles & vegetables with bulgogi). A beloved Korean classic! Japchae features delicate, chewy sweet potato glass noodles (Dangmyeon), perfectly stir-fried with a colorful medley of fresh vegetables (carrots, spinach, mushrooms, and onions) and mushroom for vegetarian. The entire dish is lightly seasoned with a savory-sweet blend of soy sauce and sesame oil, creating a highly aromatic and addictive combination of flavors and textures. Served warm. And thin slices of premium beef are marinated overnight in our special savory-sweet sauce, which includes soy sauce, sesame oil, garlic, and natural fruit purées (such as pear or apple) for tenderness.
